Man + emotions: risky exploration, necessary awakening

There are skills that are acquired through effort, others that are born in silence.
And then there are those languages that we don't speak simply because we've never heard them.
If you don't know what you feel, it's because no one has taught you how to discover this Universe.

1. You're brilliant, but new to the emotional field

You have learned to think quickly, to use precise words, to model complexity.
But when it comes to what you truly feel, what's going on inside you beyond the facts… everything becomes blurry.
You feel something: yes, only you don't know how to name it.
You don't know where it comes from, nor why it slips away from you so quickly.
The root cause: a gap in education, a lack in heritage, culture, and family structure.
No one has ever shown you how your inner world works.
So you're built and you've moved forward, strong, fast, clear-sighted about the outside, but without a map for the inside.
This lack, today, isolates you more than you want to admit.

2. You see the foam, not the ocean

What you call a relationship is often a smaller version of what a bond could be.
You experience things intensely: yes, but you remain on the surface.
You pick up on gestures, words, visible events, but you never go down into the depths of feeling.
You don't venture into what is unsaid, into what is played out without anyone formulating it.

You think you understand everything because you've read the obvious signs.
OK, you understood that the waves: You camped on the beach without ever moving away from the shore.
In that security, do you think you've become a real sailor?

What you call love is merely a reflection.
You avoid what could engulf you, and you stay within what you can measure.
The real relationship, the one that transforms, begins further away: Where you haven't yet set foot.

3. Don't understand, start with yourself

You watch her, you listen to her, you get impatient.
She speaks to you and you don't understand what she expects. But the misunderstanding doesn't come from her words, it comes from your own system of perception. You want her to explain what you refuse to feel, you want clues without learning the language.

It's not a woman you're missing, it's an inner architecture: an emotional structure.
An ability to hear what is happening inside you, at the precise moment when you want to run away.
As long as you project your own insecurities onto others, you will remain in a state of misunderstanding.
You won't be able to join her, not really… because you haven't yet learned to join yourself.

CONCLUSION

You don't need to become someone else, you need to finally know where you belong.
And for that, we need to map this still virgin territory, the one that starts where you thought you had everything figured out.

Combining Intense Desire and a Stable Relationship
