About something that makes you uncomfortable? A behavior, a habit, a flaw that makes you feel self-conscious or guilty?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you remember those times when you had to lay yourself bare, without pretense, facing the gaze of another, completely vulnerable? \u2026 If it&#039;s been a very long time, know that it&#039;s normal; it&#039;s even a survival instinct that has often saved our lives as a species from the animal kingdom!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, in today&#039;s society, knowing how to show vulnerability is a behavior that can also be beneficial, when you know WHERE, WHEN, HOW and especially WITH WHOM you can open your heart and &quot;lower your armor&quot;.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There <strong>truth ?<\/strong> Showing vulnerability at the right time, with the right person, is a powerful asset.<br \/>This creates a genuine connection.<br \/>This shows that we are human, and not a robot optimized for productivity.<br \/>This attracts the right people, those who want to build and not just &quot;have a good time&quot;.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE GOAL: To deconstruct the idea that controlling everything is the key to success in love. Allowing room for a form of controlled vulnerability can transform relationships.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Fear of rejection: a luxury we can no longer afford<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With so much success, we forget that rejection is an integral part of life.
