Rules of the draw<\/h2>\n

Effective August 27, 2026<\/p>\n

Article 1 \u2014 Organizer<\/strong>
Cindy Antoni, acting in her own name, hereinafter "the organizer".

Article 2 \u2014 Purpose<\/strong>
As part of the first edition of the Irresistible Women Summit, which takes place from September 24 to 28, 2026, a draw is being organized to select a winner from among the purchasers of the "Irresistible Imprint" Box.<\/p>\n

Article 3 \u2014 Conditions of participation<\/strong>
Participation is reserved for individuals of legal age who have purchased the "Irresistible Imprint" Gift Set since its launch and up to [date]. Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM<\/strong> (Paris time) included.
Access to the Summit conferences is free and open to all; it does not give access to the prize draw, which is linked to the purchase of the Box Set.
Excluded from the draw are the organizer, the speakers at the Summit, as well as Malika Zouaoui.<\/p>\n

Article 4 \u2014 Terms of participation<\/strong>
Participation is automatic: no action is required from purchasers. Anyone meeting the conditions of Article 3 is entered into the draw simply by virtue of their purchase.
Only one entry per person, regardless of the number of Boxes purchased.<\/p>\n

Article 5 \u2014 Endowment<\/strong>
The prize is a private Nombr\u00e9sonance session with Malika Zouaoui, offered by Malika Zouaoui. The exact details (duration, format) will be announced before the draw.
The prize is nominative, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any financial compensation or exchange.<\/p>\n

Article 6 \u2014 Designation of the winner<\/strong>
The draw is carried out on Friday, October 30, 2026<\/strong> by random draw from among all participants meeting the conditions of article 3, without the involvement of a bailiff. Only one winner is chosen.<\/p>\n

Article 7 \u2014 Information and delivery of the lot<\/strong>
The winner is notified by email at the address used when purchasing the Gift Set, on the day of the draw.
Her first and last name are published on this page. At her express request, the publication can be limited to her first name and the initial of her last name.
If no response is received from her within fifteen days of the email being sent, a new winner will be chosen under the same conditions.<\/p>\n

Article 8 \u2014 Personal Data<\/strong>
The data processed for the draw is that already collected when the Gift Set was purchased: first name, last name, email address. This data is used solely for organizing the draw and awarding the prize, and is not shared with any third party, except for Malika Zouaoui for the sole purpose of awarding the prize to the winner.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, each participant has a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation and objection, which she can exercise at cindy@evol-love.com.<\/p>\n

Article 9 \u2014 Acceptance, modification, complaints<\/strong>
Purchasing the Box implies full and complete acceptance of these regulations.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the draw in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, without incurring any liability. Any changes will be updated on this page.
All claims must be sent to cindy@evol-love.com within thirty days of the draw date. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
These rules are freely available on this page for the duration of the game. They are governed by French law.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
